Who wants to live forever?" ====================================== This here is exactly why I want people uploading files with the title- "Ariokh's Muse" here on DA. When I download your images the images have YOUR name on them. Then I can properly say who I painted. I have hundreds of images in my DA-Muse folder, and I have no idea who most of you are. This Muse had her image titled 65465sa.jpg or something. No good. So if you know this is you, leave a comment so people can fish through the comments below and find ya! I started this with no idea what would come of it. I figured I was going to go extra crazy, but I kept pulling it back. I like the level of restraint, and colors. I wanted to add more, but I felt it would have started getting hamfisted. She sort of looks like how I imagined Mina Harker when I first read Dracula as a wee one. Also, since I didn't know who this was, I named her Pam. After a girl I knew at Art Center who was rather sweet, and a very good painter. She had a similar appearance, but would never have looked so troubled. Hence the title. Enjoy.... Cuntchips. hehehe. Yeah, I'm still an asshole. Sometimes I have to remind myself. |

(From what I have seen, it seems to me that to become your muse, a face alone is not enough. You seem to prefer faces with something going on in them - hands, goggles -, and you seem to prefer faces that were beautiful once but have been marked by life, though not too old either, rather (I guess) your own age. Are we looking at yourself in all these "portraits"? I guess you smoke. Wrong?)
