The second in the set of six, that are so far published. This was actually the very last one I painted of them though. I remember being horribly disappointed with all of my entries. They all feel so stiff and over done to me... I think with my new ones I'll try and go a bit looser.

Great work here, like the character, lighting and overall theme.
Well done.

Cheers, Mike

I love the interpretation of the burnt out elementals. Such flavor in the card and design, and your color is awesome.

I love this.
you may be disappointed, and yes they do seem a little stiff, but these are not humans. I may not know how you envisioned them but I can't imagine them having a "cocktail walk".
can you divulge anymore about them?

It looks really cool. What's going on though?
Is some mage trying to stop this fiery golem... and just got burnt to a crisp from being to close, or is that some mage summoning this fiery golem?

really digging the perspective and the colors in your piece. I love all your MTG pieces, one of my life's goals is to get good enough to do commission work for MTG, they've come out with such beautiful art for their cards, some of my very favorite artists have work printed on their cards.
Gotta keep on truckin'~
