This piece is the proof for maintaining a regular sketchbook. I was looking through one of my oldies from way back, and I had drawn some weird ooky monster with three maggot heads with ravens beaks... I really wanted to use it for something, and this assignment came up! What good fortune...
looks disgusting, it's perfect! Very cool work. I was wondering how much they pay for a single card, a coworker used to paint for magic cards as well and I never went and ask, is it a fixed price for all artists or do you deal your rates as usual. I've heard it was quite the money, around 3k or so.
I like the glowing eyes behind the skin. The feet are not working for me though I think they could have used a different design.
